Introduction to Olympic Weightlifting

Course Description

A brief introduction to the two Olympic lifts: the clean & jerk and the snatch. Course will also cover all variations of the two lifts including hang and power positions, squats, and pulls. A basic familiarization with the two lifts is highly recommended before starting this course.
